As you start to pour your first glass of this special chardonnay, the bountiful aroma awakens your nose to something special. The aromas of pear, peach, and melon pave the way for the complex layers of flavors. The flavors open with a trickle of over ripe buttery apple giving way to caramelize pears, and a soft tropical fruit crispness.
This full-bodied dry white wine is delicate and remarkably smooth from beginning to end. The exotic aromas that greet your nose give way to honeysuckle, ripe apple, and sweet pear. The crispness of the citrus flavors is perfectly balanced with the cornucopia of exotic fruits.
These grapes were picked in 2009 and the wine was bottled in 2015. A hybrid of Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc. Hints of blended fruit, (pineapple, apple, and pear) on the nose. Heavy mouth feel and balanced by tartaric and citrus on the finish. Crisp and clean. Pairs nicely with cheese, pasta, and dried meats.
Pineapple, papaya, and mango fill your nose as you prepare to be amazed at the complex tropical flavors that are waiting to greet you. To add depth to these flavors are hints of maple syrup and brown sugar. This wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and brightly racy, with the proper crisp acid finish.
The beautiful straw color gives way to the aromas of vanilla, cardamom, and apples sautéed in butter. Mild malolactic and aged in oak provide the structure for the elegant creamy mouth feel. A long finish opens with stone fruit, and citrus that gives way to the creamy vanilla oak, and a hint of nut on the finish.
The nose open with apples and pears baked with cardamom spices. Aged in stainless and a mild malolactic fermentation preservers the original flavors of the chardonnay fruit. Toasty accents, stone fruit, and citrus rounds out the appealing since of texture on the finish.
